Refunds

If we are unable to deliver your purchased item due to issues like being out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have already made a payment, we will process a refund within 3 business days.

Order Cancellations & Returns

  • You can request a cancellation or return by email within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Returns or exchanges are not allowed in the following cases:
    • The item is lost or damaged due to your own handling (unless the packaging was opened only to check the product).
    • The item has been used or partially consumed.
    • The value of the item has decreased significantly over time, making resale difficult.
    • For digital products like e-books, if the packaging has been opened, allowing duplication.
  • Exception: If the item you received is different from what was advertised or has defects, you can request a return within 3 months of receiving it or within 30 days of discovering the issue.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your payment within 3 business days.
  • If you paid by credit card or digital payment, we will request the payment provider to cancel the charge as soon as possible.
  • If you are returning an item due to a defect or incorrect description, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • If you originally paid for shipping, we will clearly state whether the shipping cost is refundable.
