Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations & Returns

• Order cancellations can be made by the customer within 15 minutes of purchase. You can cancel your order by going to Account Settings, selecting the order you wish to cancel, and processing the cancellation directly.
• You can request a cancellation or return by email within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Returns or exchanges are not allowed in the following cases:
  • The item is lost or damaged due to your own handling (unless the packaging was opened only to check the product).
  • The item has been used or partially consumed.
  • The value of the item has decreased significantly over time, making resale difficult.
  • For digital products like e-books, if the packaging has been opened, allowing duplication.
• Exception: If the item you received is different from what was advertised or has defects, you can request a return within 3 months of receiving it or within 30 days of discovering the issue.
